How It Works

CoThink journals combine thoughtful reflection with the support of AI to help you explore your thoughts, discover new perspectives, and move forward with greater clarity.

You bring the experiences, questions, and ideas. Your journal provides the structure. AI helps you take the conversation further.

No experience with AI is required.

1. Choose Where You Want to Begin

Each CoThink journal is created around a different purpose, from finding stillness and recovering from burnout to strengthening creativity, confidence, faith, or personal reflection.

Choose the journal that speaks to where you are now or where you would like to go next.

Not sure which one is right for you? Start with the topic that feels most meaningful in this season of your life.

2. Begin With the Journal

Open your journal and follow the guided pages at your own pace.

Depending on the journal, you may find:

• Thoughtful reflection questions
• Guided writing exercises
• Dedicated AI prompts
• Weekly check ins
• Space for notes, ideas, and personal insights

You can write every day, work through several pages at once, or return whenever you are ready. There is no perfect pace.

3. Continue the Conversation With AI

When you reach an AI prompt, enter it into an AI tool such as ChatGPT.

You can use the prompt exactly as written or adjust it to better fit your situation. AI may help you uncover another perspective, ask a deeper question, organize your thoughts, or turn an idea into a practical next step.

The goal is not to have AI think for you. The goal is to use it as a thoughtful conversation partner while you remain the decision maker.

4. Bring What You Discover Back to the Page

After your AI conversation, return to your journal and reflect on what stood out.

Keep what feels useful. Question what does not. Add your own experiences, instincts, and perspective.

AI can offer possibilities, but you decide what is meaningful and true for your life.

You Can Use Your Journal Without AI

Every CoThink journal can still support meaningful reflection on its own.

You may choose to use AI frequently, occasionally, or not at all. The experience belongs to you, and you can adapt it to your comfort level.
